Well, I obviously have been horrible about the blog lately. I haven't even done a Christmas entry and it's February! I know, it's bad! Well, I hope to be able to conquer that soon but my life has been centered around the bathroom lately. For those who don't know, I am 15 weeks pregnant. I know, Camy is so little...wow, you're brave...you're going to have your hands full...etc...believe me, I've heard them all. Camy will be 20 months when this baby is due. All of my other kids are 22months apart so it won't be that different. We are really excited to have another baby but the being sick part stinks! Camy copies me when I throw up and Parker is terrified by it so it's always pretty interesting around here.
Also, thinking of having another baby, I realized that if I don't potty-train Carson now, I will have three in diapers. No thank you! I can handle 2 in diapers because I've always had two in diapers, but 3, nah! I got Carson excited about it the end of last week and decided to tackle it Tuesday. Well, it's been two days now and we haven't had a single accident! Parker got potty-trained right before he turned 3 and he was a piece of cake! Carson just turned 3 and could care less but obviously he is ready. We will see how it keeps going but so far so good! He thinks he is so cool now!
Although my life is centered around the bathroom right now, at least there are good thinks to look forward too because of my time in the bathroom!

Congratulations! I'm 18 weeks pregnant and we found out on Tuesday it's a little boy. And after I bought some pink curtains for Bethany two months ago... I'll have to get some more curtains for a little boy. We're excited. I hope things get better for you.
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha! That is a funny way of putting it! But congratulations on the new addition. My response to people who would gawk in the store and say "Wow, your hands are full"....I'd say,"My hands are full but so is my heart".(I thought it was a good response so my kids didn't start thinking they were just a bunch of trouble -- which they were, lol)
ReplyDeleteHow Exciting!! Congratulations. That will be so fun. When is your due date. You'll have to let me know because I am 15 weeks as well, so we are probably due around the same time. And don't let anyone give you a hard time about 20 months apart. Mine are 14 months apart so 20 sounds fine! I hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteYay... Congratulations! It is so hard to be sick and take care of the other kids, but you seem to know what you're doing. I am so jealous that your boys were easy to potty-train. I didn't know if it would ever happen with Christian. Good luck with everything.
