The little things

Being a mom is hard with the everyday fighting and bickering but sometimes it all pays off and it is so worth it! Enjoy some cute picture of my life. I wouldn't trade it for the world!
Sorry...there are a lot of pictures.

Parker is such a good helper with Brynlee. I thought it was so cute that he was trying to help her read. What a sweet kid!

I didn't get many cute pictures of Brynlee in her blessing gown. I thought these turned out better.

And a couple naked ones too. What a cute baby!

I love my blue-eyed baby!

Camy fell asleep with a "spree" in her mouth. Yep, that's a piece of candy sticking out of her mouth. What a kid!

Camy also feel asleep eating a candy cane on our way home from church. :)

Bryn is teething. Can you tell?

OK...so we all have our moments where we aren't too smart. I had one. I know...hard to believe, right? Well, as I said before, Bryn's teething. I had always heard that you could freeze a teething ring and give it to the baby. I was trying to get dinner ready and she was crying so I stuck her in the highchair with an otter pop. It wasn't open and she should be fine right? She quieted right down and I got dinner made. Win/Win right? Wrong! When I got her out of the highchair her cheeks were bright red. The popsicle thing had burned her little cheeks:( My poor baby! It's taken weeks for it to go away. Learn from my mistakes-never give your baby an otter pop to chew on.

Christmas-finally

Christmas this year was a ton of fun! We were able to stay home and take it easy and then go over to my parent's in the afternoon and have Christmas with them. I loved having Christmas at home! The kids were really into it this year. It was such a blast!
Carson got to put the star on and he thought he was pretty special because of that.

New Christmas pjs for Parker on Christmas Eve. They all got them but he's the only one I got a picture of on Christmas Eve.

Here is the tree before the kids were awake. They got quite a bit! We all did.

Waiting for the ok.

Double stroller with twin babies.

New bike for Parker. Carson got a scooter and dinosaurs but I didn't get a picture of him. Oh well.

Camy checking out some of the goodies from her stocking. She insisted on a nightgown this year for her Christmas Eve pjs. The two year old opinion is VERY strong.

Parker went back and forth on what he wanted to ask Santa for this year. He finally decided that he wanted a bell from Santa's sleigh. (We have The Polar Express book and read it a lot). Here is the lovely bell.

Keeper and Bryn still trying to wake up.

Batman!

I think this pretty much wraps up how I felt once it was all over...and still feel for that matter but Christmas was a ton of fun this year. As the kids get older it seems to get more and more fun.

Brynlee

In December we started Brynlee on cereal. She wasn't a big fan and won't touch the stuff now.

Thanksgiving...slowly catching up

This year Keeper's parents said that they would drive down to our house for Thanksgiving. That's 30 hours in the car. Poor them. They wanted to see Brynlee for the first time and the last time they saw Camy, she was 4 months(so sad). Keeper's brother and his family came down too so we had a good size group for the holiday. That meant I had to figure out how to make a turkey. EEK! It did turn out really well if I do say so myself. It was so fun having family come visit us! I usually get way stressed out trying to get all the meals done, house picked up, events planned, etc that I am super stressed the whole time. This didn't happen this time. It was so nice and I realized that if someone's hungry when things aren't ready, that's ok. I need to take care of myself too or it won't be fun for anyone. Enjoy the few pics I have. One afternoon we went to Guadelupe State Park and threw rocks and played. It was a fun was to get everyone out of the house. I feel like I don't get very many pictures of Parker anymore and I thought this one was cute! Parker and grandpa Almost everyone skipping rocks...or at least trying to We went to Pump it Up! I love that place and so do the kids. Here are a few pictures from Sea World too. My kids love that place too. Parker took the next couple of pictures. Trying to waste time while the adults did what they wanted. Camy in the 4-D theater Feeding the dolphins. They all loved this! Carson and Camy shaking their thing with Santa's helpers Carson and hmmm...Bruce? Checking out the new animals

Camy's 2...and it shows

Camy turned 2 on November 14th. I'm really on top of blogging :)
Camy is so fun! She is a spunky little girl and we all love her to death.
Camy can get down and dirty with the boys or be sweet and prissy and do girly things. She is so much fun to have as part of our family.

I made her a rainbow cake for her birthday. She thought it was pretty cool.

The presents were fun! She is so dramatic that anything was a reason it get excited. I loved it!

Camy, we love you! You are such a fun little girl!

Catch up...

So...obviously I am a little behind. Since my last post we have had 4 birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then add all the everyday stuff. Ugh.
I guess it will just happen a little at a time so here goes nothin'.

I am going to knock out two of the birthdays in this post because they aren't as fun.

Keeper turned 29 in November 3rd. He's getting REALLY close to the big 3-0! Kinda scary! We didn't do anything super special for him. The kids each picked out a present for him and we tried making a cookie cake this year. Keeper doesn't like cake so I tried something new. It wasn't that great but oh well.

Parker gave Keeper a new basketball (because Keeper lost his other one...like usual)

Carson gave Keeper a new Texas Longhorns Hat, Camy gave him sunglasses (his last ones were broken...like usual) and Brynlee gave his black socks (his old ones had holes...like usual). Really predictable presents. Oh, I gave him a BYU trailor hitch cover for his truck. He was stoked about that.

Keeper's such a good Dad and husband. We are lucky to have him as ours.

The second birthday is mine. I turned 27 on the 18th of November. We opened presents pretty early...that's why I look so great...and just hung out. It was a pretty good day for me but Parker still went to school and Keeper had to work. Too bad the whole world doesn't stop and revolve around me. It was a fun day though.

Each kid picked out a fun T-shirt for me. I really need clothes that fit me so Keeper got the kids in on it. Parker got me this Yoshi Shirt, Carson picked a Tweety shirt and Camy picked a Dr. Seuss shirt. I love them! The kids get so excited when I wear them. It's so fun!

Also they got me a camera bag. Keeper hates not being able to find the camera in the diaper bag. I am so excited that it's easier now.
