Great Wolf Lodge

A few weeks ago we went to Great Wolf Lodge in Dallas. We pulled Parker out of school and headed up there. The trip went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better time. We fell in love with that place and I'm sure we will be back. Enjoy the pictures.

Camy took a really good nap but the other monkeys just goofed around. The ride to Dallas was pretty fun!

Checking out the place. There were SOOOO excited!!!

Finally to our room. The kids thought it was so cool to have their own "room" in our room. It had such a fun theme.

Camy stuck Bryn's swimsuit on her head and thought she was so funny!

We went to story time and met Wolfie.

All the kids slept great! Camy did fall off the bed in the middle of the night but she went right back to sleep.

The waterpark was awesome! There were waterslides, a wave pool, a lazy river and a ton of other ways to get wet. What a fun place!!! Looking at the pictures we have, obviously Camy was the one who stayed still the most. Poor Parker was lacking in the picture department but I think we made up for it in the fun department:)

Everyone was exhausted when we left!

Camy was really helpful unloading the van.

It was such a fun weekend!

Rodeo grounds

We visit the rodeo ground each year but this is the first year that I have had to work around school. Sadly Parker missed out this year. We had fun while he was slaving away in school though:)
Little Miss was of course an angel! She's such a good baby.

The petting zoo. The kids loved the little pot-bellied pigs that were running around in there.

Planting carrots in the HEB booth.

In the baby animal barn.

Watching the steers being shown

Bye pigs!

I love the rodeo! Next year the boys want to do muttin' bustin'. We'll see if we can get them in.

Valentine's day

We had fun celebrating Valentine's day this year. I love having kids to share in the excitement!
I let the kids watch a show and eat a Valentine's Day sugar cookie. That definitely doesn't happen often and I doubt it will happen much in the near future. The kids got up and left the cookies behind. I found out that day that Brynlee could move. She attacked the cookies.

Parker got Valentines for his class but one day he wanted to send "special" valentines to his few favorites at school. I thought they were really cute. He thinks Ariana is "beautiful". Uh oh! This is starting too early. I'm not ready for it.

Heart hair for Valentine's day. I was pretty impressed with myself on this one.

We had a fondue night for Valentines day this year. We had cheese dip and guacamole for appetizers, chicken with dips for the main course and chocolate for dessert. It was a ton of fun! Of course the chocolate was the most popular.

Camy found the pink starburst I got for Valentines day and found a new way to display them.

I Love my 5 valentines. Keeper is the best! He is constantly helping me and is my best friend. Parker is such a smart little boy and so helpful. Carson is always happy and has the best laugh. Camy is so sweet. She thinks I'm the best (or at least that's what she tells me.) Brynlee is my sweet little sidekick. She makes me smile.
I am so lucky to have the amazing valentines that I do.

Valentines Program

Parker was in the Valentine's Day program at school. Our sneaky PTA gets all the parents to show up by having the kids sing after the meeting. The other kids did pretty well and Parker was so cute up there. He was so excited that another kid got nervous at the last minute and he was picked to sing at the microphone in her place. He's never shy, that's for sure.

Snow in San Antonio

It snowed here about a month ago. (Slowly by surely I'm catching up.) It was probably 1/4 an inch but we all bundled up and headed out to enjoy it. Keeper went into work late and Parker's school got cancelled so it was a really fun day that we just enjoyed together. It hasn't snowed here since I was like 1 so it was a big deal.:) Keeper enjoyed as much, if not more, than the kids. I have such a fun husband! Camy fell...oops! Our Texas sled. Might as well make do. Sweet Bryn cuddled up. Writing names in the 1/4'' of snow. The trampoline was by far the most covered. Carson was in heaven!
